This product is for people that sweat in EXCESS. Yes, your body should sweat normally, but when you have hyperhidrosis like me, this product is a life safer. I have had sweaty hands and feet my entire life, have tried multiple products since I was a child, with nothing working, and it has been very difficult to deal with. My hands would sweat so bad, it would drip down my arm, so I always avoided handshaking (and mocked when I had to).
